iRobot Roomba 694"
The Roomba by iRobot is a budget-friendly robot vacuum that works well on both plain flooring and carpets with low pile. It has a good suction and is able to clean all kinds of debris, but it struggles with larger particles like sand or rice. It also does a decent job at cleaning pet hair but it's not impervious to tangling as high-end Roomba models, such as the j7 or I6.
The Roomba is easy to use. It has three buttons on its top cover: 'Clean' starts the cleaning process and 'Dock' allows it to be put back in its charging station and 'Spot Clean' triggers a targeted clean. It is controlled by an app for smartphones which lets you schedule and stop/start cycles, and also adjust settings. You can also connect it with smart home devices such as Alexa or Google Assistant for voice-controlled operation.
This vacuum cleaner is slower than some other models, but it can reach most corners and crevices. mop robot vacuum comes with a large bin which makes it much easier to empty. It is compatible with digital mapping and virtual barriers, which allow you to set the robot to avoid certain areas or stop cleaning completely to stop it from getting stuck.
It's not the most effective in its price range however it's better than the majority of other options. The Roborock E4 has a better cleaning efficiency than the Roomba 694, and it is able to clean both carpets with a low pile and bare. It also has a more durable battery and a cleaner path. It is also more comfortable to use and has fewer components that need regular maintenance, costs less to own over its lifetime and charges more quickly than the 694.
You should also consider other models in the iRobot range, like the v7 or the 981. They're more expensive, but they provide significant improvements over the 694 in terms of cleaning performance on both low- and bare floors. They also follow the most efficient cleaning method, have a bigger dirt compartment, are quicker to charge, maneuver themselves more easily, and are easier to connect to smart home devices.
Shark RV1001AE IQ
This self-emptying robotic vacuum cleaner does a good job on carpets with low piles and hard flooring. Its combinator brush gets to the edges and corners, and automatically increases suction when it detects carpet. It also does a great job of cleaning embedded dirt from mid-pile carpet. The IQ's compact footprint for docks and the self-emptying feature are nice touches. However, if you wish to change floor levels on the map or set no-go zones, you'll need manually reset it to do this, which can be a bit of an inconvenience.
The IQ app provides advanced mapping and automated functions, however it does not have no-go zones. They are only available on iRobot robots. Its smart-pathing system allows for greater maneuverability and the high-pile mode of its carpet cleaning mode is efficient however it can be caught on the tassels of the rug.
In our tests during our tests, the IQ was adept at handling pet hair well, clearing huge amounts of debris from floors with no flooring and fair amounts of medium-pile carpet. It was less effective with shag carpets, as it was unable to reach dirt and dust that was embedded in the fibers. It was capable of maneuvering around the legs of chairs and tight spaces, as well as the wooden base of an IKEA step stool. We did notice that it was a little slower on floors that were not paved but it quickly recovered and performed better than the other robots we tested.
The IQ is a better choice over the iRobot Roomba 694 for most uses. It has a bigger dustbin and a longer battery lifespan and is better at navigating around obstacles. It comes with a mopping tool that can clean up sticky mess. The iRobot however, feels more sturdy and has less components that need maintenance or replacement and has lower ongoing costs, and can even create virtual no-go zones with its companion application. It can continue cleaning from where it left off even if the battery is out before it has finished. The iRobot can also be controlled via voice, which can be an advantage for many users.

The 11S is slim and sleek with a tempered glass upper deck that covers plastic finished to appear like brushed aluminum. It's a nice different from Roomba, Samsung, and Neato designs that are more utilitarian and industrial.

The eufy11S did well in our tests of removing larger particles and fine dust from flooring. It was unable to thoroughly clean carpets with high and medium piles. The device is also prone to hit furniture and people that are in its path, but it's able to detect obstacles with sensors. It stops and emits a loud ring when it encounters an obstruction. Then, you can manually steer the device around it to get it to work again.
